I bought a pick but didn’t receive it — what should I do?
Check your inbox (and spam) for the purchase email, then check your dashboard. If it’s still missing, email Support with your order ID and checkout email — we’ll re-issue delivery: support@thewager.ai.
What info should I include to speed up my request?
For fastest resolution, include: order ID, account email, device/browser (for access issues), and a one-line summary (e.g., “NBA pick not delivered”). Attach screenshots if relevant.
What’s your refund policy? How does pick-credit work on “Our Purpose” picks?
All purchases are final. If an “Our Purpose” pick loses and eligibility is met (valid activation window, no void/push, and policy rules followed), we auto-credit your account with a pick credit once the final score is processed in our systems. No cash refunds.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Email from your account address with subject “Data Request – Delete/Export.” We’ll verify identity and process per policy. Sensitive messages can go to the Human Inbox: human@thewager.ai.
